Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a  significant delay in shipment of your order that we are made aware of we will contact you via email or phone.

Returns

We gladly accept returns and provide refunds for any product you’re not completely satisfied with. Simply send back the unused and unopened item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note all return costs will be covered by the customer directly and not the brand. It is encouraged to use a tracked returns service for the return. After your return shipment has been delivered to us, we will repay the purchase amount as quickly as possible via your original payment method.
