EASY TO USE
One jar contains more than 2 weeks’ worth of treatment. You may wish to use an applicator for easy insertion. Clean fingers are also discreet and reliable. Lay on your back or squatting position, and insert the capsule high up, as far as possible, into the vagina. Ideally to be performed before bedtime for a minimum of 1 week. We recommend using disposable underwear liners and thoroughly rinsing the applicator with clean water after every use.
